In order to maintain new skin, nail and hair growth your skin needs plenty of protein and water. Also, you know it, but I have to say it – stop smoking and sunning! Skin damaging and premature aging are caused by free-radicals. Sun and smoking and natural aging all release free-radicals. Anti-oxidants, on the other hand, a group of compounds protect the body and skin from damage caused by free-radicals.
